I brought my vehicle in for an insurance claim and they inspected it from head to toe and helped through the process and even exceeded their responsibilities and treated me like a friend rather than a customer

The best mechanical automotive service in the Rio Grande Valley. Their customer service along with fantastic mechanics are second to none. They give free analysis and tell you what your complete automobile needs, but they do not push anything on their customers. It is the customers decision, and I made the right decision.

Unreliable service. Took my truck here for check engine light that came on that was covered under warranty since it was for an issue they had already “fixed” before. They fixed the issue again because it was still under warranty, BUT when I got my truck back the second time, the airbag light was on (my airbag light was never on before they worked on it).Took it back and they wanted to charge me $200 just to run an airbag system testing procedure. Lost my trust in them and decided to decline the testing procedure. Never taking my vehicle here again. You’re better off taking it to the dealership or another repair shop.

They are very courteous and helpful in getting you taken care of but they are outrageously expensive especially for something so minor I spent over $8,000 to have work done and then they charge me $237 just to put a fuse in I'm not happy with that

Needed to reset service reminder on 2016 CLA250 Mercedes. Have done it myself, but this time would not reset. Made an appointment, they came out to meet me and had it done in 30 min. Really good service ! Appreciate the nice waiting room and friendly employees.

Had my car towed there and told them I needed a fuel pump bc my diagnostic machine said it needed it so they charged me a little over 300 dollars bc they used their machine that said the same thing I told them so they wasn't supposed to charge me for that bc they was supposed to fix my fuel pump period and they also wanted to charge me more than the dealership GO FIGURE!!!
