Had my car towed there and told them I needed a fuel pump bc my diagnostic machine said it needed it so they charged me a little over 300 dollars bc they used their machine that said the same thing I told them so they wasn't supposed to charge me for that bc they was supposed to fix my fuel pump period and they also wanted to charge me more than the dealership GO FIGURE!!!

Joshua took command and dispatched a tow truck to my stranded 87 yo mother down the street at the RGV H-E-B parking lot when her truck "stopped moving forward"! I searched for an auto repair facility in the area that she called me while sitting at my desk in Houston. Picked this place. Joshua was very professional and communicated clearly throughout the situation. I recommend PSA to all who need service. Went in for a headlight that went out it sounded simple enough. I got an email the next day that parts and labor were gonna be $1,800!!! I called western auto parts and they had the entire headlight assembly which i needed for $320 bucks. These guys wanted $1,500 for labor just to swap a headlight. Never coming back again.
