They were able to check my car right away, address my concerns, and complete necessary repairs - rather efficiently! They kept me updated via text and made sure my car was safe to be on the road. Just read an experience a friend of mine had with this business holding her car hostage. They’re trying to charge her for a test the warranty won’t cover and won’t releas her car until she pays over $900. That’s a crazy diagnostic fee. Maybe because she’s a woman. You’ve been warned — Stay away!

Went in for their "complementary diagnosis"( only what they can physically see), at first I thought it was kinda cool but after they gave me my quote of $600 (further testing of suspension $300+ further testing an Air Intake $300) I wanted to know why they were charging so much. Luis, said the reason was because they have an "Acoustic sound machine" that would pin point the problem in the suspension and another machine for the Air Intake problem... personally that sounds so absurd! No thank you! I'm good never trying this place again! ❌

**** DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE**** I took my vehicle in to check the stater and to get a tune up. When I dropped it off the "check engine light" was not on. I received a quote for Rob later that day in which he noted that they found no problem with the starter and, more importantly, their diagnostic scan found NO CODES. I had chosen to take my vehicle there because I thought it would be cheaper than the dealership, however, the quote was extremely high, so much so I decided to get a quote from the dealership where I purchased the vehicle. My intuition proved right as I received a quote from the dealership that was more than $400.00 LESS. I then let Rob know about the disparity in the cost and he said he would review his initial quote to see what he do. Later that day, Rob sent another quote with the SAME PRICES but this time they said there was a warning code for an air sensor. When I reminded him that the initial quote did not have any codes he said that the mechanic decided to run ANOTHER SCAN on his own. I went to pick up my vehicle because as this did not sit right and found that now my check engine light was now on, and, as Rob even noted, it was not on when I dropped my vehicle off. This place is a SCAM !!!!! I am only giving one star because you can not post with no stars. ****DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE****
