THEY TRY TO SAY ITS FOR SAFETY AND THEY ARE FOLLOWING THE STATE RULES BUT THEY ARE LYING. THEY ARE GREEDY PEOPLE. DO NOT GO TO MCALLEN OR EDINBURG OFFICE. THEY HAVE FRIENDS IN THE STATE DEPT THAT THEY KNOW OR THAT THEY PAY TO GET AWAY WITH THEIR CROOKEDNESS...
