I moved here from Houston and needed to find a reliable mechanic that I could trust to keep my F150 on the road. After asking friends, searching the internet, and driving by several places, I decided to stop at Premium Automotive Service, it was close to home. Erik explained what the truck needed, how they were going to fix it, and was extremely patient in answering all my questions. They worked with me and my schedule. Lydia and Miguel drove me home and picked me up while my truck was being fixed. I drove off with a new truck but without the sticker price!!! It's ready for a road trip. I'm sooo glad I stopped in.

The best customer service I have encountered at an automotive repair shop. The manager Erik who assisted me that day kept me informed on all repairs my vehicle needed via text and phone calls through out the day. Everthing was explained to me in detail regarding repairs and costs on parts and service. I was also able to finance the services provided which is AWESOME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU NEED SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE.

I just needed the yearly vehicle inspection to renew the registration. Very friendly and polite. Cold drinks and coffee are at your disposal while you wait. I was not able to finish a bottle of water by the time they were done with everything including paperwork and payment. Great and quick service
