Susan said this business was great at providing service. She drives a luxury vehicle, so if she takes it to her dealership she expects a certain quality, level of service. She found that the way this business handled everything, was very first class as well. They were courteous, their facility was clean, and they offered her water. They also gave her a courtesy ride home, whereas her dealership would have just provided a loaner. This business did a good job. She stated she thought their price was fair. No one wants to get their vehicle repaired, but when they do, the want it to be good.
