Joe in Edinburgh is great 👍 and would recommend Edinburgh. Repairs in Edinburgh were done well but Joe had to have McAllen do front-end alignment. We had to return to McAllen to have steering wheel straightened. Steering wheel still not straight and would not use McAllen for future work. Joe is definitely 5 🌟

Leaving precious property at a business is always a serious decision. That's why I leave my car at Premium Automotive. A few years ago, they were able to take my car in an emergency and it was as good as new. The customer service was excellent back then and I gained a lot of confidence in the business. It has been about 4 years since I started coming here and I still am a regular patron. I really appreciate them for their quality service in the garage and in the lobby. Their prices are either less than or equal to the dealer, so that is a huge plus. I'm a happy customer and will continue to be while I am in the RGV.

They are very professional! They call you back when they say they will (or email) They know what they are talking about. Needed my battery changed and it’s tough for an Audi, but they did a get job and even under pressure because we were leaving town! We will definitely keep using them!! Nancy Averill
