This was my first visit to Premium Automotive Services and I will definitely make it my go-to place for vehicle servicing. Savina welcomed me, checked my car in and requested Lyft to take me home and pick me up when the car was ready. Went in for an oil change and State inspection, plus a couple of other recommended items. Car is running smoothly and that make me very happy. Thank you!

*FRAUD ALERT* I initially visited Premium Automotive Services - Edinburg on 1/3/20 due an issue with the power steering system among other car related concerns. Initially the technician misdiagnosed the obviously defective power steering as “damp” and recommended an unnecessary flush. For the record hydraulic power steering systems work when the fluid is on the INSIDE. On 11/19/20 the system finally crapped out because obviously it’s been leaking the whole time. I still had confidence in the shop because they promised I have 3 yrs warranty. Premium automotive recommended to replace the pump assembly. Even though I had “warranty” I was forced to fork over 539.51. A pain but I felt it was worth it to finally get my car back in working order. On 12/24/20 I noticed the same problem. I took my car in a 3rd time. Mind you I have already paid twice for the same issue.Premium proceeded to replace the high pressure hose to the rack and pinion and refuse to give back my truck until I paid again. At this point I feel cheated and got upset, the current manager has the audacity to tell me they don’t work for free. 🤯this shop is ridiculously expensive for substandard work. They justify the markup by placing the word “premium” on parts purchased from the advance auto parts behind them. This shop and fraudulent, deceitful and overpriced.
