I have always been vocal about this businesses inflated prices. Their argument is that they offer “warranty” but seems that every time there’s an issues with their work, I have to become a lawyer and state my case. There’s always push back. The have completed 2 unnecessary repairs to the power steering system due to misdiagnoses. When the issue returns there’s always an excuse as to why I have to pay for 1 more thing when the problem should have been corrected the 1st time. I have lost all faith in this business and I can’t even get my money back or have an adjustment for their mistakes. Tech need more training.
