Texas State inspection, with the added plus of mailing me my sticker instead of going into town and scheduling a separate appt.

Good customer service. Shop manager went out of his way to get warranty company to pay for repairs, which were completed in good time. Truck was picked up by professional, courteous person. Shop manager made arrangements for transportation to pick up truck when work was done. Future work was emailed to me with specific doccumentations.

I called to see how much they would charge to check what was wrong with my car and they were trying to charge me over a hundred dollars, so I went somewhere else and they got the job fixed with only a thirty dollar fee to check what was wrong

Well the workmanship performed on my vehicle was outstanding. I just have a problem with the labor charges. I think that the labor charges are a little steep. Premium I also do automotive repairs, so I definitely have a clear understanding of what it takes to repair and or replace parts on an automobile.
