Great and fast service... car inspection (via appointment) was quick and easy.

When I arrived at my appointment, they attended to me immediately in a very friendly and professional manner. They took excellent safety precautions due to COVID-19. While I waited I enjoyed their choice of music.

Everything from customer service to their professionalism exceeds my expectations. I know if I’m having problems with my vehicle...they will fix it!! I love that they email and text me my vehicles history and I love how they are so detailed with pictures of what needs to be fixed. Maybe because I’m visual but nonetheless I see what they see in my vehicle and that gives me peace of mind.

I needed a state inspection to license my car having just moved to Texas. I was feeling a bit frazzled by all the bureaucratic steps involved in the move and didn't have every document in hand. The man at Premium Automotive actually called my insurance agent to get what I needed rather than sending me away.
