Premium Automotive is a Class A automotive repair shop, their staff was professional and attentive even though they had a lot of other customer's cars ahead of me. They went above and beyond what other repair shops do. They kept me informed along the way and allowed me to decide to proceed with repairs or not; I really appreciated their customer follow-up. They are classy, friendly and courteous all the way around and I got the sense that they really care about their customers . Both Joe and Juan were awesome guys! With the excellent service I received, I will definitely take any car repair issue back to them because I fully trust that they will treat me fair and honest.
