They are very courteous and helpful in getting you taken care of but they are outrageously expensive especially for something so minor I spent over $8,000 to have work done and then they charge me $237 just to put a fuse in I'm not happy with that

Great service, they were kind and the inspection didn’t take long at all, got to enjoy a complimentary coffee while there.

Had my car towed there and told them I needed a fuel pump bc my diagnostic machine said it needed it so they charged me a little over 300 dollars bc they used their machine that said the same thing I told them so they wasn't supposed to charge me for that bc they was supposed to fix my fuel pump period and they also wanted to charge me more than the dealership GO FIGURE!!!

Joshua took command and dispatched a tow truck to my stranded 87 yo mother down the street at the RGV H-E-B parking lot when her truck "stopped moving forward"! I searched for an auto repair facility in the area that she called me while sitting at my desk in Houston. Picked this place. Joshua was very professional and communicated clearly throughout the situation. I recommend PSA to all who need service. Also, he is an Astros fans (Go Los Astros!) which goes a long way for an H-Town boy! Thanks Joshua and the mechanics who helped us out!

I'D NEVER, EVER GO HERE AGAIN!! This place, Premium Automotive Services, wanted to charge me over $2700 to remove and replace my AC Compressor, Expansion Valve, and Complete AC Evacuation & Recharge for my 2012 Mercedes when it wasn't blowing cold air. In order to get to that $2700+ price, they initially charged me $318 for an evacuation, recharge, and leak pinpointing procedure, which ACTUALLY FIXED my AC. Was blowing cold after that, and NEVER had any AC-related problems whatsoever since, while they still pushed for the repair. How could something that expensive go unnoticed, and why the different diagnoses? One report said the refrigerant was too low, while another report said the compressor pressure was too high.

This shop goes above & beyond for their customers..they do great work, they’re honest, & respectful.. I’ve been a customer for 3 yrs. I highly recommend them!

Brought my Range Rover in for some pretty bad problems...over heating and check engine light that I could NOT diagnose! They had all of the equipment the dealerships have, BUT are a fraction of the price and a hundred times friendlier and trustworthy! I will most definitely return here for any major issues and I highly recommend them to all of you in need of a good mechanic!
