I was able to get an appointment right away and they provided a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. that was VERY convenient. They provided a detailed estimate and a list of the items that were required/recommended. The folks at Premium were very professional and communicated well. The BEST part was that after retrieving my car, I had an unexpected problem. They sent a tow truck to my house to pick the car up and checked it out at NO COST, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Premium for auto repair. I found them because they are a AAA approved vendor.

Came by this place by pure accident, our truck had issues and needed an mechanic ASAP. We also live 40 min away, they took the truck in the next day but was able to leave at shop. They are AMAZING they had found the issue we have been having with the truck that no other mechanic could find. They also gave us a full detail of what we had wrong with pictures and estimates of all work. They have been more than amazing and we have finally found our mechanic!! They are also very friendly office staff always greets us with a smile and always finding us answers to our question.
