My first experience at an automotive shop in the McAllen/Edinburg area was National Lube. That place was very rude and even had the audacity to tell me to wait for the service tech to finish his breakfast taco before he serviced my vehicle. At Premium Automotive, this was my first time to an automotive shop that showed care and concern for the customer. Prior to my visit, I called to ask about their services, and they were very friendly over the phone. When I arrived at their Edinburg location, General Manager, Mody Diaz - Granados greeted me with a smile and took the time to understand my service needs. Bottled water was offered and we discussed preventative maintenance. They even emailed me the options so that I could review at a convenient time. The service was prompt and I was out within 30 minutes. Mody and team, keep up the great work and excellent customer service! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about how great they are, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
