First, the lady at the front desk was very professional. I went to have serpentine belts replaced. They charged me $160, which is an ok price for it, but I needed belts replaced. However, when i arrived to pick up my vehicle i noticed they only changed one. They told me that it would be an additional $50 for the other belt since they didn't have it in stock and i would need to set up another appointment. I went right after to Advanced auto parts, bought the missing belt for $10 and in 25 minutes had the new belt installed. First and last time taking it here. They wasted my time and money. I took it here to have it done because I didn't have time. Unfortunately I had to move a lot of things to get this done. Over priced service.
