Service is great, but they get paid for it jacking up price parts to cover their service. Stated they stand by their service, yet when they failed to diagnose correctly, i ended up paying for the correction. Took them a day and a half to figure out the issue.

Best place there is for inspection

The mechanical service was great. The customer service was great too Joe is such a nice guy, but we did have to wait five days without a vehicle just for one tire to be replaced. I understand that you have to order tires since we have an older BMW but with that said five days without a vehicle, it’s just unacceptable for a tire replacement .

Great customer service and turnaround time. Very good service, and staff, recommend if you want to get the job done right the first time.
