Due to my situation, I had to leave my car there while I was out of the country and the guys at Premium Auto were super about keeping me informed and updated regarding the proposed service before they began the work as well as the stages of service once it was begun. Felt comfortable leaving my payment information with them prior to the work beginning - once completed, they charged my card. All in all, a great experience.
